Keith and Chad Young specified the Balcony 1 system measuring more than 12 metres with 10mm clear toughened glass and handrail finished in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey for their spectacularly-sited self-built home in far West Pembrokeshire.After Keith retired from a career in air traffic control, the couple moved from Hampshire to buy the plot in Pembrokeshire where Chad had retained family connections and to realise their self-build dream.A glass balcony spanning the living area and master bedroom was top priority to keep the sweeping views.
