This new seminar is designed to instruct personnel on how to conduct a detailed audit of a glass container manufacturing plant.
The Auditor Training seminar covers several issues including: the identification of quality aspects that should be thoroughly reviewed, the importance of establishing and following policies and procedures, and the effective use of audit information to monitor and implement improvements in the manufacturing process.
The seminar is designed to:
• instruct personnel on how to conduct a detailed audit of a glass container manufacturing plant
• teach personnel what should be thoroughly reviewed to assure a high level of ongoing quality in all aspects of the manufacturing process
• cover the importance of adherence to policies and procedures for reaction, containment and rejection of faulty material
• show how the data from the audits can be used to establish a basis from which continuous improvements in the manufacturing process can be monitored and implemented.
This seminar is key to employees who are responsible for communicating with glass suppliers on quality issues and supplier validation as well as to filling line personnel who audit glass container manufacturing plants. The Auditor Training seminar is also beneficial to glass plant personnel who are responsible for quality control, conducting internal audits and assuring that their plants can pass quality audits from their suppliers.
The Auditor Training seminar is another part of American Glass Research’s broad line of training and services to the glass container industry. More information on these can be found at www.americanglassresearch.com. The rich heritage of American Glass Research and its service to the glass industry dates back to 1936.
