Adelio Lattuada - T.L.R. Range of Straight-line Edging Machines

Here we would like to stress our T.L.R. range of straight-line edging machines which are addressed to all glaziers with huge production of glasses with great weight and thickness.As all other Adelio Lattuada models these machines can be personalised through a wide range of options in order to be “custom made” and so to fully satisfy any production need.
The T.L.R. series for the processing of flat edge with arris includes models with 13 and 15 wheels while for the processing of miters our offer consists of machines with 11 – 13 – 14 and 16 wheels.
The increasing demand of machines for jumbo sheets and thick glass has led us to manufacture also two models for the processing of glass sheets of 80 mm thickness and whose weight is up to 1.100 kilos: these 2 versions are available with 13 and 15 wheels.

Near all the edging machines above described it is now possible to place a new system for the water filtering.
Thanks to the use of a new automatic exhaust valve it is possible to discharge, with a simple movement, about 23 litres of water with glass powder and dirt.
The main advantage for the machines using this Water Cleaning System is the fact of working with about 1.000 litres of water more than the standard machines, by obtaining this way a better refrigeration of the wheels and so a higher final quality.

An other “accessory” that can be bought together with our models is the washing machine model 300 O.T.
During the storage of the glass it can happen to incur the risk of causing scratches on the glass sheets because of the dirt settled during the processing. This problem can be solved thanks to the use of our 300 O.T. that fitted on the outlet conveyor of grinding and bevelling machines allows the achieving of a complete cleaning and drying of the processed edges of the glass sheets.
