International trade fair for machinery, equipment and systems for the processing of flat and hollow glass; glass and finished products for industry – will be hosting two important sectors in the vast glass processing panorama: Vitrum Hollow Glass and Vacuum Tech & Coating Expo.

The glass industry is a kaleidoscope of machinery, technologies and finishings. Over the years this industry has expanded significantly – also as a result of research efforts generating these two sectors which, through Vitrum 2007, can now present themselves to the international public in an absolutely leading-edge context.

The many exhibitors at these two all-new sections will have a surface area of more than 2,000 square meters at their disposal to present all that technology has to offer in terms of materials as well as hollow glass processing and coating.

A host of side events are planned for Vitrum Hollow Glassand Vacuum Tech & Coating Expo:several conferences will be held between 3 and 6 October to illustrate to international visitors what the glass industry can offer the market. A busy agenda of meetings to examine the results achieved and future objectives, an opportunity for trade people from the industry to talk directly with their counterparts.

But that’s not all: some stands will be offering live demonstrations to provide a first-hand view of innovative processing methods.

Vitrum 2007 – with Vitrum Hollow Glass and Vacuum Tech & Coating Expo – looks set to be an even richer appointment for all the international trade by offering an overview of the whole world of glass processing from 3 to 6 October thanks to both these important showcases.
