PITTSBURGH, Sept. 8, 2010 – PPG Industries (NYSE: PPG) has announced that Victoria M. Holt, senior vice president, glass and fiber glass, has resigned from the company, effective immediately.

Holt’s direct reports will report to J. Rich Alexander, PPG executive vice president, performance coatings, on an interim basis.
 
Holt joined PPG in 2003 as vice president, fiber glass, and was promoted to senior vice president, glass and fiber glass, in May 2005. In her most recent position, Holt was responsible for the company’s fiber glass and performance glazings businesses.
