Tyneside Safety Glass win JCB Supplier Award

Tyneside Safety Glass recently attended the JCB annual supplier conference which was held at their World Headquarters in Rocester, England on Thursday 15th May which involved all of their global suppliers as well as all of the Managers and Directors from JCB.

The theme of this year’s conference was “Working Together”.At the end of the conference JCB presented 4 supplier awards and we are pleased to announce that Tyneside Safety Glass won the “QCIDM” (Quality, Cost, Innovation, Delivery, Management) Best Supplier Award which was presented to our Managing Director, Chris Hannant by Tom Rae, JCB’s Group Purchasing Director.Chris Hannant commented “I was exceptionally pleased to receive this important award on behalf of Tyneside Safety Glass and feel it was well deserved recognition for the continued high level of service we provide to JCB who continue to be such an important customer to our business.We are very proud of our long standing relationship with JCB who are not only one of the UK’s leading manufacturers but a well respected world renowned brand and although I collected the award on behalf of the company this achievement is down to a huge team effort by all of our employees within the business who I would like to thank for all of their continued efforts and support”.
