For the third time now, Edgetech will exhibit at Vitrum

Edgetech has been able to build on its excellent position in Europe since the last Vitrum in 2005. A highlight was the record experiment carried out by Edgetech in March 2007 in Dresden: Super Spacer® TriSeal™ was applied only manually to two float glass panes, each 20.79 m² and 6 millimetres thick, which were then lifted on one side by a vacuum lifter. The result: the glass pane stayed perfectly in place immediately after application and did not slip one millimetre. In July 2007 Edgetech opened its new production plant in the British city of Coventry. The factory, which cost around 4.4 million US dollars, is the first of its kind in England, and will solely produce Super Spacer® for warm edges.
