Systron looks to the future of vertical glass processing

Date: 23 November 2015

Systron GmbH was founded in 2014 with the goal of producing industrial glass processing machines with integrated high-pressure technology for the vertical range.    Following intensive development work, the first production line was installed september 2015 in Austria: Systron 6033proHD.

Now seaming, grinding, polishing, drilling and milling of cutouts is possible with a single clamping of the material plate. Quality is sustainably increased and the cycle time is significantly reduced.

Systron’s vertical glass processing centre with integrated waterjet technology guarantees high production quality and speed. Very precise processing tolerances as well as extreme low operating costs can be achieved. One of its main features is that continuous machine base allows oversize formats easily sizes up to 20 m length.

“In the future, we want to work on special projects with customers to expand our business. Large industrial enterprises have already become aware of us, negotiations on future projects have already started,” said Reinhard Gruber.
