Stuttgarter Tor's recent refurbishment showcases advanced SANCO glass solutions, enhancing both energy efficiency and safety in this iconic Stuttgart office building.

A striking part of the Stuttgart skyline is Stuttgarter Tor - a modern office building with eight storeys. Located in the Feuerbach district, at the junction of Maybachstrasse and Stresemannstrasse, the complex has a total rental area of around 14,800m². One of the main tenants is Robert Bosch, a company which also operates production facilities and an IT campus on the surrounding grounds.

Its appearance is characterised by a glass and metal façade. Two SANCO products were incorporated into the building as part of the refurbishment: SANCOPlusEN2 thermal insulating glass ensures outstanding energy efficiency. Additionally the installed SANCOAlarm safety glass offers increased protection in the event of glass breakage thanks to an integrated alarm system.
