Stanislaus Catholic Church. The installation is part of a project to replace the massive 26,250- square-foot, Gothic-style church's clear windows with stained glass.
Opened in 2009, the church was originally planned to be built with stained-glass windows already installed. But costs and other factors prevented its completion at the time.
Classic Door & Glass out of San Diego created the intricate hand-stained designs with glass custom-made from world-famous Kokomo Opalescent Glass in Indiana. Classic Door & Glass owner and designer Pamela Sanford worked with the church's architect and has been consulting with the parish since 2000.
