The renewal means the trade and commercial fabricator can continue to offer their extensive range of Sapa glazing products to Secured by Design specification. It also means the team can continue to submit their products for testing to achieve the recognised ‘Police Preferred Specification’ status. This confirms the products meet a high-standard of security, reducing the opportunity for crime.
Mike Davis, Managing Director of CDW Systems comments: “We are absolutely delighted to extend our longstanding membership of Secured by Design. Our ongoing relationship with SBD demonstrates our continued commitment to delivering product integrity, security and customer confidence.”
“All of our Sapa products can be manufactured to meet Secured by Design specification – including the Crown Flush Window and Crown Bifolding Doorset. Not only is SBD a great statement of quality and robustness, it’s a fantastic selling point for our trade customers.”
Secured by Design Development Officer, Emma Snow adds: “It’s fantastic that CDW Systems has renewed their membership with Secured by Design. They provide a range of high-quality doors and windows suitable for numerous situations and have been a valued member of SBD for over 10 years. I look forward to working with them in the future”.
Just recently, CDW Systems extended its Sapa offering with the slimline Crown Bifolding Doorset. The versatile, high-performance aluminium bifold features an innovative continuous hinge which not only improves security, but removes the bulky hinges which detract from the contemporary sightlines.
