Another piece of Ocala's commercial history soon may disappear from the North Magnolia Avenue landscape.

The Southern Plate Glass & Paint Co. building is up for sale and, without a buyer willing to step up and make the needed repairs to bring the two-story shop up to today's standards, it will meet a similar fate as the neighboring Toffaletti Hardware store that was demolished in 2000.
