The Greek Yioula Glassworks is the only company interested in the acquisition of 100 percent of the glass manufacturer Industrija Stakla Pancevo.

The public tender commission has decided to start negotiating with the only bidder, and the Ministry of Economy will appoint a negotiations commission, 'Serbia & Montenegro Today' reports.

Two tenders were already called for the acquisition of Serbia's only straight glass manufacturer in 2003 and 2006: both failed after no bidders applied. The factory has acquired the ISO 9001 standard and has 150,000 square meters of facilities.
