Nippon Electric Glass Co., Ltd. (head office: Otsu, Shiga, Japan, President: Masayuki Arioka) (NEG) has decided to make a second-phase investment in a subsidiary for manufacturing flat panel display (FPD) glass substrates that is under construction in Paju City, Gyeonggi, South Korea.
