Saint-Gobain Vetrotex Exhibits At The Genoa International Boat Show

Date: 29 November 2006

During the International Boat Show held in Genoa, Italy in early October, Saint-Gobain Vetrotex presented new products used with RTM or RTM Light processes for composite boat building: UNICONFORM® and MAXFLOW®.

UNICONFORM® allows enhanced shape conformability and competitive processing, as well as better mechanical properties in the composite part. MAXFLOW® woven fabric allows better impregnation and thus increased part mechanical performances.

Saint-Gobain's involvement with the marine industry through technical assistance and partnership were highlighted during this presentation.
