Among Germany’s top employers, among university graduates and “young professionals”, Saint-Gobain takes 15th place with three of its companies.

A study conducted by “Handelsblatt Junge Karriere” and the Corporate Research Foundation (CRF) examined the quality of the human resources policy in German companies and from several hundred companies identified the 88 top employers in Germany for the tomorrow’s managers.

The seal of quality positions Saint-Gobain as one of the leading addresses for Germany’s university graduates. Personnel Director Reinhard Runte sees the award as the result of the personnel policy and the work of the company’s management in recent years: “I am delighted about the award which confirms us in our work. Through our diverse activities - the international trainee programme, the assistant programme and the interesting entry and career possibilities - we are able to attract high performers to our company. The good results in all categories checked by the CRF show that we have also created the best preconditions for keeping these employees within the group for a long time”.
