The Best Places to Work program, launched in 2005, is open to any company or organization with a central Ohio office with at least 10 full-time employees. Applications are handled through Quantum, which administers a survey to employees with about 30 questions regarding their work environments. Safelite AutoGlass® was also a finalist in 2008 and 2009.
