In the field of high technology edge processing (grinding and polishing), we will show you the improved, globally proven twin spindle machines, the high-performance grinding machine RS 8.14 L.

You can, of course, see for yourself live the 8-fold loading, the multi-channel cooling system, the grinding and polishing packages, the unique in-line production, the sharpening and redressing facilities for grinding and polishing wheels, loading in the dry area outside the processing zone, the tool exchange and service station outside the wet area – as well as other refinements that make production, handling and servicing a lot more efficient.

We also have our new and most innovative fully automatic pre-processing line for flat glass for the automotive, vehicle, appliance and furniture industry, including separate and individual cutting and breaking station (without any templates) and including twin table grinding and polishing unit with patented multi-channel cooling system and tool package.

This unique technology allows the user to produce not only standard shapes but also complicated ones with very small inner radii and different edge designs. Thus it makes production more economic, flexible and successful.

We offer a wide range of fully automatic lines, and stand-alone machines for cutting, breaking, grinding and polishing, and drilling; all cnc-controlled and with the well-known hard to top quality, made inGermany by Rohmer + Stimpfig.
