The numbers of RCN SOLUTIONS have grown so much that the company had to reorganize production.

2021 has been an untypical year: on one side the pandemic forced restrictions and social measures, yet on the other side, the economy had a positive leap forward.

In spring of 2021, RCN SOLUTIONS launched RD CLEAN CONCEPT, the new patent pending system to clean edges after lamination. For some time now, this kind of solution has been needed, eliminating manual labour and time spent cleaning. A booming interest in this product was unexpected and the more the orders that came in, the more a company should rush to respect commitments and organize production accordingly.

Numbers do not often need an explanation: 48 units of RD CLEAN CONCEPT sold since March 2021 are a great achivement for a novelty that has revolutionized the market of the laminated glass.

Other numbers are also positive as the increase of sales of REVA BF over 80% is also an amazing result, deriving from the consistent quality and from the high standard standard of the product, being one of the t of the laminating interlayers on the market.

Furthermore, the +21% on machinery is a meaningful value, synonym for a joint active job of commercial and technical team.

RCN’s productions have been delivered in New Zealand, Japan, US, Portugal, Argentina, France, Spain and in many other countries. The remote technical assistance offered with RCN machines and the EASY CONNECT APP have been an added value, allowing full service and attention for each client.

In the same way, RCN SOLUTIONS has increased its presence on social media and on digital magazines for the glass industry. In this way, it has conveyed all its enthousiasm, informed about novelties and kept customers updated about future progress.

All the above has greatly contributed to enhance the visibility of RCN SOLUTIONS and aroused the interest of new clients who are looking for custom solutions and a reliable partner.
