Ramsey Bader To Participate In Panel Discussion At Ohio Global Summit

G. announced that Ramsey Bader, director of international sales and marketing, will participate in a panel discussion at the third annual Ohio Global Summit on September 22, 2010, in Columbus.The summit is held by the Ohio Department of Development’s Global Markets Division, in conjunction with the Association of Ohio Commodores, and covers global trade opportunities, regulations and logistics, electronic payment issues, and interactive discussions related to emerging global markets.
 
During the daylong event, Bader will participate in the panel discussion and provide a presentation on best practices for doing business in the Middle East.
“I look forward to this opportunity to be among Ohio business leaders who are strengthening our local economy through exporting,” Bader said. “There is much to be learned by networking with others who share the same objectives.”
 
Bader has been with Edgetech I.G. since 2003 and has been integral to the company’s global growth, performing international market research and providing analytical frameworks for international expansion. He is active in local organizations that elevate Ohio’s exporting community, including the Ohio Department of Development, International Trade Division, and the Tuscarawas International Trade Forum. Most recently Bader was appointed to a four-year term with the Southern Ohio District Export Council.
 
The 2010 Ohio Global Summit will take place at the Hyatt Regency in Columbus. The Governor’s Excellence in Exporting Awards Luncheon Ceremony will be held at noon to congratulate this year’s class of winners.
