Cathy Yan, PPG general manager, government affairs and business development, Asia/Pacific, holds a certificate recognizing PPG's corporate social responsibility in China.
“PPG has long viewed sustainable development and corporate social responsibility as priorities, which corresponds well with the theme of this annual forum,” said Ms. Cathy Yan, PPG general manager, government affairs and business development, Asia/Pacific. “Our company believes that enterprises must integrate social responsibility into their growth strategies in order to put both society and the economy on a fast track.”
Yan said that recognition of the needs and concerns of society is a key corporate value of PPG and that, in recent years, the company has actively supported various charitable efforts in China.
