MANIBO is specialized in manufacturing of manipulators with special applications for handling of sheets of glass, during the different glass work operations.

A complete range of devices for the manual or pneumatic rotation or for the tilting, with the possibility to set also them together and with different kind of vacuum frames, allows to have the right equipment for any necessity. These manipulators allow the operator to work with safe, without effort and then complying with the safety norms.



The modular conception of the vacuum pads frames and of the tilting and rotating devices, allows short delivery time, low prices and, very important thing, to have the possibility to modify the handling attachment, quickly and at a low price, in case of different work conditions that should come. It is then no more necessary to buy a new manipulator, but often it is possible to add only a device or the powering unit to adapt it to the new necessities.

MANIBO manipulators can be supplied on column or in suspended version, both in fixed position or sliding on rails.

Net capacity up to 350 kg.

Vertical stroke up to 2400 mm.

Max work radius 4000 mm.



OPTIONAL:

90° and 180° pneumatic tilting device.

Pneumatic rotation up to 360° with limit switches.

Pneumatic adjusting tilting device 0° - 10 °, to adapt the sheets of glass to the storage cases.
