Kent-based Piper Windows celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, having shared a strong relationship with VEKA from the start.
Established in 1980, Piper has developed from humble beginnings with just eight employees to its current size: 150-plus staff, a 75,000sqft factory and a multi-million pound turnover. Business Development Manager Barry Manley says: “we are understandably proud of ourselves to be celebrating such an impressive milestone, especially when you look back over our 30 year history and think how much has been achieved in that time.This 'small' family business has grown from eight staff to more than 150, and in 2002 was identified as the fastest growing small to medium-sized enterprise in the Southeast region. By 2004 it was recognised as one of the top 50 companies in the South East.
