Pilkington: Innovation Day success

Pilkington Automotive is continuing its successful series of Technical Innovation Days, recently holding two vehicle manufacturer visits for Renault/Nissan and Ford.

A selection of buyers, engineers and designers from the Renault Technocentre near Paris and the Nissan R&D centre in Cranfield, visited Pilkington's Technical Centre in Lathom to discuss glazing innovation.Didier Keskas, Pilkington technical marketing manager for Renault, said: " Renault is already quite sophisticated in terms of glazing innovation so we were very pleased that they accepted our invitation to come to Pilkinton to find out about the latest technology."Pilkington Automotive also held a very successful day at Ford's Development Centre in Cologne.Throughout the day it had over 150 visitors Pilkington Automotive is continuing its successful series of Technical Innovation Days, recently holding two vehicle manufacturer visits for Renault/Nissan and Ford.
