Patriot Glass files for bankruptcy

Patriot Glass & Mirror Ltd., a commercial glass company in Schenectady, has filed for bankruptcy but remains open.

The privately held company reported $1.01 million of assets and $1.5 million of debt in a bankruptcy filing made Thursday. Patriot's windows and glass walls have been installed at many prominent locations in the Capital Region.
