Owens-Illinois, Inc., (NYSE: OI) today announced that it expects to issue a news release announcing second quarter financial results after 5 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Tuesday, July 22.

The company will hold a conference call on Wednesday, July 23, at 8:30 a.m. (Eastern Time) to discuss these financial results.

A live webcast and a replay of the conference call will be available on the Internet at the Owens-Illinois web site ( www.o-i.com ).
