NSG Group meets the digital market

Date: 27 May 2014

Two new high performance Pilkington products were introduced at the Digital Signage Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada in February 2014.

Pilkington MirroView™ 50/50 enhances the standard MirroView's visual performance for a brightly lit environment, such as a store or showroom, and Pilkington OptiView™ Pro, a non-conductive anti-reflection coating especially designed for touch screen applications. This was the company's first appearance at the Las Vegas, Nevada Expo."It was very successful and we have already booked our stand for 2015," said Neil McSporran, Manager Business Development, Architectural and Technical Services.

"This is a huge growth market and although we have excellent products to meet the demand, we have so far been selling into it indirectly - end users have only found out about us when they have contacted one of our existing customers, who has then told them about our product range.

"We wanted to increase awareness of our products and communicate directly with the market."

Digital Signage Expo is the world’s largest and longest running international conference and tradeshow dedicated exclusively to digital signage, interactive technology and digital out-of-home networks. This year's event attracted around 6,000 visitors, nearly 30 percent of them from outside the US.
