NREL, Xcel sign agreement; Golden facility begins build-out

Second, the California company XsunX Inc. has begun the build-out of its new facility in Golden. Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based XsunX is developing Power Glass, a technology that will allow glass windows to produce electricity from solar power.

Preparation of the manufacturing facility in Golden is expected to be completed in July.

During the first quarter, XsunX reported no revenue and said its loss rose to $551,471 from $205,755 a year earlier.
