In this webinar, attorney Brian Carroll will offer guidance to address changing force majeure clauses, managing on-site conditions and updating contract terms to ensure you and your business are equipped for successful project outcomes. Brian is the managing partner of Sanderford & Carroll.

Licensed since 2002, he holds both a law degree and bachelor's degree in architectural engineering. Brian's practice focuses on the representation of general contractors and subcontractors on both private and public sector projects.

Disputes typically involve performance, payment, construction defects, terminations, surety law and design. He regularly assists clients in preparing and negotiating claims, contracts and other complex agreements.
