Glaston is introducing a new Quenching Blower Maintenance Service designed to prevent unplanned downtime, reduce energy costs and extend blower lifetime.

This service is a comprehensive protection package combining inspections, monitoring, Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) and access to critical spare parts. It helps improve operational reliability by identifying imbalances early and enabling precise on‑site correction, supported by clear, actionable insights as part of a guided workflow.

Glaston’s certified technicians are available to perform NDT every 6 months, in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, to ensure maximum reliability.

“Our customers expect stable performance over the full equipment lifecycle. This new service launch reinforces our commitment to dependable, long-term equipment performance and safety,” says Robert Jenks, EVP, Glaston Services.

Key benefits

Safe operations – Detect imbalance at the earliest stage, long before it can escalate into bearing wear, impeller damage, or unplanned downtime.

Energy savings – A properly balanced blower performs better, reducing energy consumption and operating costs.

Reliability & extended lifespan – Reduced vibration and unnecessary stress on critical components increase system reliability, reduce failures, and extend equipment lifespan.
