Contact centre solutions provider to the fleet and automotive industry, All Fleet Services (AFS) is to provide 24 hour contact management support for glass repair and replacement services on behalf of Nationwide Motorglass.
All calls will be logged by All Fleet Services in detail and monitored to ensure that the driver’s requirement is handled either by AFS or the in-hours team at Nationwide within 24 hours, or sooner in emergency cases. A Motorglass fitter is then assigned to the enquiry from the Nationwide network.
