Making Buildings Look Better with Dortech Maintenance!

Date: 11 June 2015

Dortech Maintenance has just completed its first significant glass maintenance project, utilising the award-winning ClearShield Eco-System™.

The works were carried out on the site of NewCold’s new offices and facility in Wakefield, a specialist, international refrigerated logistics company and included the treatment of over 250m2 of glazing. The benefits of ClearShield® include a significant reduction in the amount of time it takes to clean a glazed screen, window or roof-light and the cleaning cycle by half on average. It is therefore perfect for use on buildings in town centres, in close vicinity to railway lines, leisure centres, or glazing in ‘hard to reach’ or inaccessible locations.

Dortech’s Managing Director, James Sutherland was delighted with this latest development stating:

“We are really pleased with our new partnership with Ritec and look forward to offering their ClearShield product on our projects.”

“Even post-recession, budgets are limited, so this treatment provides building owners and users with an excellent, cost effective solution to maintaining and improving the appearance of a buildings glazing.”

“The results from our first project are impressive and we forecast a strong growth in demand in glass maintenance and refurbishment work moving forward.”
