Indiana-based Magic Glass has signed an agreement with Visteon Corporation's (NYSE: VC - News) Aftermarket Operations authorizing Magic Glass as a select retailer for Visteon custom auto glass products.

Magic Glass becomes part of a growing nationwide network of select auto glass professionals who sell and install NASCAR® Performance Windshields by Visteon and other auto glass products. Magic Glass serves Indiana with 20 locations offering auto glass installation services.

To celebrate the alliance, Magic Glass and Visteon are teaming up on Thursday, August 5, 2004 to support the Dodge "Racers On The Circle" event, which precedes the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series(TM) Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway on August 8, 2004. Visteon is entering the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series by sponsoring the Evernham Motorsports No. 91 Visteon Dodge driven by Bill Elliott at the Brickyard 400. During the "Racers On The Circle" event, Bill Elliot will sign autographs. Magic Glass and Visteon will display the Evernham Motorsports Special Edition Dodge Hemi with the NASCAR Performance Windshield by Visteon, provided by Elk Automotive.

The Visteon GlassVantage network is comprised of auto glass replacement professionals that offer Visteon custom auto glass products in an assigned geographic territory. In addition to the new NASCAR Performance Windshields by Visteon for cars and light trucks, network members also carry the new GlideMaster(TM) Gliding Rear Window for light trucks, and Carlite® brand original equipment replacement auto glass.

NASCAR Performance Windshields by Visteon are original equipment quality, and feature a checkered flag motif across the top with the NASCAR brand logo in the center. Unlike decals that fade and fall off, the sporty looking design is a permanently bonded part of the windshield.

The GlideMaster Gliding Rear Window for light trucks offers a sleek, smooth expanse of frameless, flush-mounted tinted glass in place of the awkward look of typical sliders. The semi-flush gliding center panel can be customized with available team or sport logos.

"GlassVantage network members like Magic Glass, are selected based on their ability to sell and market innovative auto glass products to the public," said Roy Drake, business director, Visteon Aftermarket Replacement Glass. "By taking what is already a very good Visteon glass product, and adding the NASCAR design and licensing, we're creating a unique opportunity for people to customize their car or truck."

According to Bob Smith, co-owner of Magic Glass, "We view this agreement with Visteon as an opportunity to offer our customers and everyone who loves NASCAR racing a very special auto glass product not found anywhere else -- and we plan to have a lot of fun with it. The GlideMaster product also is unique and we expect to sell a lot of them to pickup truck owners."
