In the middle August, upon Landglass’ invitation, Liu Hongtao, a senior training consultant from Siemens Management Institute (SMI) gave an excellent training lecture to the medium and above leaders and some technical and managerial backbones of Landglass in the meeting room on 4F of Friendship Hotel.  Since Landglass and Siemens established the strategic cooperative partner relation with each other, both parties have attached great importance to the development of this relation.

Siemens provides timely and strong support to the demand of Landglass. Upon efforts, their cooperative scope is constantly expanded, and their cooperative level is continuously elevated. Landglass has become an important system user and strategic cooperative partner of Siemens. Both parties expect a higher level of cooperative partner relation. This time, upon the need of Landglass to strengthen the team construction, Siemens specially dispatched Liu Hongtao, a senior training consultant from Siemens Management Institute (SMI), to give a lecture.
 
During the lecture, Liu Hongtao expounded the importance and method of setting up an efficient management team, in an interesting mode and combining his own marketing and management experience and the daily cases in our life. The personnel taking part in the training all were deeply inspired and educated in the easy expounding.
