Nippon Sheet Glass Co, Japan's second-biggest flat glass maker, up 2.92 percent at 388 yen a day after it announced a profit forecast for the current business year that beat expectations.

Nippon Sheet Glass expects to post a 118 percent rise in group net profit to 7.0 bilion yen ($63.88 million) in the year to next March. That compared with a market consensus forecast of 5.35 billion yen in profit.
