Inaugural Industry Awards Presented at Glass Focus Conference

At the British Glass Focus Conference 2014, the first Industry Awards were launched, aimed at bringing together the UK manufacturers, suppliers and retailers in glass related industries.

The independent panel of judges assessed the application forms against the criteria and the results were as follows:  1.Innovation and Enterprise - Eckersley O'Callaghan

(Highly commended recognition to Allied Glass for their investment in new technology, specifically 3D printing)

2. People and Skills - Ardagh Group

3. Glass Company of the Year (open to British Glass members only) - Ardagh Group

Congratulations to all of the entrants and winners - it was very competitive and the independent panel of judges had to make some tough decisions due to the strong entries submitted.
