Guardian or Sisecam? Who will be the new owner of Sangalli?

It is a staggering figure, far more than the 54.5 million euros offered months ago by the American Guardian.



Guardian has until June 15 to match the offer and buy the company. Sisecam submitted a complaint to the Court of Appeal of Trieste against the decree of the automatic assignment to the first bidder in the event that the first bidder matches the improved offer.
