The deadline for submitting abstracts has been extended to February 16, 2020. There will be no further extension after this date.

The  event will be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil on the 4th of June 2020. It will be held in conjunction with the Glass South America Exhibition (3 - 6 June, 2020) organized by Nürnberg Messe.

Keep the following dates in mind;

  • Submit your abstract (max 150 words) by 16 February, 2020
  • Notification of acceptance/rejection of abstracts: 20 February, 2020
  • Submission of final manuscripts for proceedings book: 30 April 2020
  • Submission of PowerPoint presentations: 30 May 2020
    • Manuscript and PowerPoint submissions must both be in English and Portuguese languages
