More than 300 employees of Glenshaw Glass went on strike early Tuesday after rejecting a contract offer that included concessions, WTAE's Ellen Gamble reported.
Negotiations between the company and local unions 134 and 70 of the Glass Molders Pottery Plastic Workers reportedly broke down at midnight.
Union officials said employees had rejected a contract that would have reduced wages by 5 percent.
There were no scheduled talks as of noon Tuesday.
