A SCARBOROUGH company which makes double glazing units has made substantial investments in highly automated equipment that bosses say will firmly place the company ahead of competitors.

AWJ Glass in Hopper Hill Road on the Scarborough Business Park has invested more than £2 million in new machinery which is designed to handle the production of larger sealed units for the commercial market.
