Gerresheimer manufactures products for discerning partners and customers in the global prestige and masstige markets. “Thanks to the highly specialised techniques that are united under one single roof at Gerresheimer, we can cater to our customer’s individual requirements at all times.
The production of packaging products in diverse shapes and colours is one of our company’s strengths,” said Bruno Bürkel, Head of Moulded Glass Division.
The comprehensive range of Gerresheimer products on display at Luxe Pack Monaco from October 20-22, 2010 (Ravel Hall, Booth RC18), include both primary packaging products made of plastic, which are used for sun lotions, shampoos and similar products, and glass jars and flacons for high quality creams and fragrances. One of these is the flacon for the new fragrance by Columbian pop singer, Shakira, which was launched this September. S by Shakira was developed by the artist in close collaboration with Puig Cosmetics. The oval-shaped, transparent glass bottle made by Gerresheimer has a silky, luminous gold surface that emphasizes the fragrance’s oriental essence. It features a shimmering gold sprayer top adorned with a little pendant-like gold coin featuring an embossed “S”. A radial base adds further appeal and enhances the bottle’s overall appearance.
Supermodel Naomi Campbell has supplemented her successful range of fragrances with a new one called Naomi, a fruity sparkling fragrance in a tall, slim bottle with stunning sparkle details. A special screen printing method was used to make the bottle look as if it has been adorned with silver sequins. This enhances the external appeal of the Procter & Gamble fragrance and evokes associations with the glamorous model’s elegant silhouette.
Pop singer Christina Aguilera’s new fragrance was also developed in collaboration with Procter & Gamble. Royal Desire is presented in a curvaceous bottle with feminine contours and delicate black lace details that mirror the fragrance’s fruity, sensuous and warm scent. The elegant neck features a silver coloured charm in either a heart, fan or lily design.
