GlasPro, Inc., today announced the recent passing of its founder, Stanley (Stan) Raymond Green.

Stan established the specialty glass business in 1988. GlasPro has grown to become one of California’s premier glass fabricators.

Prior to GlasPro, Stan was the owner of Coast Glass Company (Hermosa Beach, Calif.) in the 1960’s and 70’s. He excelled using his engineering and mechanical mind (never having taken an engineering course in college) to develop solutions to challenging production problems.

Stan is survived by his wife Sandra. He took great pride in his five children – Laura Hanley (Dean), Erin LaMonte (Gary), Raymond Green (Judy), Joe Green (Stacey), and Ellen Crnkovich (Martin). He included Sandra’s daughters, Lori Hauersley and Erica Beichner (Chris) as part of his beloved large family.  Stan cherished his 13 grandchildren – Anna (Stephen), Mary (Sonny), Helen, Regina, Graham, Rachel (Travis), Max, Joe (Sydney), Peter, Sam (Abby), Maria (Riley), Katie, and Tim and his 3 bonus grandchildren, Dylan, Gavin, and Trey. Great-grandchildren Caleb, Hannah, Paisley, Brody, Chiara and Ivan added to his joy in the last years of his life.

Remembering Stan’s love of dogs and the military, contributions in his honor may be made to Canine Companions – at canine.org (Note Stan Green-Veterans Initiative) or mail check to 7710 Las Colinas Ridge, Irving, TX 75063.
