Let the glass deep processors which own abundant resources of natural gas but are limited by electric power supply realize their expansion of tempering business and occupy more market shares with low production cost and high-quality products, which is the original intention with which Landglass invested to research and develop the gas heating type glass tempering equipment.
Through seven years’ exploration and brainstorm, Landglass promoted the gas heating type glass tempering furnace which combined high-efficiency burning technology and forced convection technology to the market in 2011. The overall structure of gas furnace is similar to that of common electric heating type tempering furnace, both including the loading table, heating furnace, cooling section, unloading table, fan airway and electrical control system. The biggest difference between them is that the former utilizes the heat energy from gas burning to heat glass. That is, the gas fully burns in the burner developed by Landglass and produces heat energy, and the heat energy distributes evenly on the glass surface under the control of Landglass’ mature jet type forced convection system and then rapidly heats glass.
The appearance of gas furnace not only enables a lot of glass deep processors confined by electric power supply to increase and expand tempering business as they like, but also enables users to greatly reduce production cost and enjoy more competitive advantages. Take LD-A2450 equipment for example. The electric installed capacity for electric heating tempering furnace is 1000KVA, but only 300KVA for gas type tempering furnace. Moreover, in the regions affluent in gas resources, utilizing gas (primary energy) to heat glass can significantly reduce cost than that utilizing electricity (secondary energy) and subsequently can obviously lower the heating cost of each unit area of glass.
The verification in more than twelve months better demonstrates that the gas furnace can steadily and satisfactorily finish the tempering of varied glass, such as online and offline Low-E glass, silkscreen printed glass, super clear glass and so on. Now, contact Landglass’ sales manager immediately to further experience the excellence of gas furnace, so that you can benefit from Landglass’ advanced technology earlier.
