Date: 30 June 2008
The 2008 event had an attendance exceeding 800 of the glass industry’s top leaders, glazing contractors, fabricators, manufacturers and suppliers. The event combined into one location for the first time in 2008.
Glass Week 2009 will take place on February 12-15th, while the 2009 BEC Conference will take place on February 15-17th. Both will be hosted at the Palms Casino Resort. Known for its hardwood casino floors, dual towers featuring the Playboy Club and fantasy suites, the original 42-story Palms tower opened to the public in late 2001.
“Our attendees are going to absolutely love having this event at the Palms property,” said Brian Pitman, GANA Director of Marketing and Communications. “Its 325-foot façade features interesting lighting and glazing, while the interior is a decorative glaziers dream.”
Registration for the heavily-attended event will open later this year. More information will be released soon on the Glass Week website at www.glassweek.com, and the GANA website at www.glasswebsite.com.
