Frank Pohl hands over Leadership to new Owner of profine

Frank Pohl, CEO of profine and its mother-company, HT Troplast GmbH, will leave the company on January 31st, 2013.

The Supervisory Board and the owner like to express their thanks also on behalf of the employees and customers for his successful work.„Frank Pohl took over the leadership of profine Group in an extremely difficult situation and managed the company with great commitment, determination, circumspection and integrity.He restructured profine and laid the ground for a new and successful future. During his leadership profine took the crucial steps towards this goal and significantly im-proved the relevant key success figures. profine Group will end their fiscal year 2012 with a very good result”, said Dr. Peter Mrosik, owner of the group.

Dr. Mrosik will head the company as „Owner and CEO“. Until leaving the company by the end of January 2013, Frank Pohl will act as an ad-visor for profine.

The owner, the Supervisory Board and profine are wishing Frank Pohl all the best and continuous success.
