This year, for the first time, it will be possible to see in operation the most advanced production line, where cut glass will become endless types of different doors without manual intervention in a continuous flow.

This line, composed by the NC edge processor Chiara MTP and the NC working center Francesca FC 32M 3300 will prove the incredible flexibility of the Forvet production, as it has always been promoted.

CHIARA 2000 MTP NC Edge Processor is an automatic, numerically controlled grinding and polishing machine, capable of operating on four sides of the glass, flat and arris, simultaneously (patented system).

The machine can work in succession, without solution of continuity, different thickness and glass dimensions. The glass is loaded on the entry conveyor and automatically transported on the grinding area: in this position, it is squared and four heads simultaneously grind the sides of the sheet. All these operations are carried out without manual interventions.

The complete coverage of the control for every single action that the machine completes, allows grinding in succession a glass of 3mm. thickness, with dimensions 300x400 mms. and immediately later (without setting time) a glass 15 mms thickness with dimensions 2000x3000mm. A particular configuration of the automatic vacuum system with suction cups managed by the CN according to the different glass dimensions, hold the glass during the grinding process: therefore, CHIARA MTP is the only edge processing machine that can operate LOW-E glass without counted with the treated surface and regardless the type of coating.

FRANCESCA FC 32M 3300 MILL is the only NC equipment in the world capable to load, work and unload one glass with max dimensions 3300x8000 or two glass panels simultaneously, without intermediate handling.

The newly patented transport devices based on dynamic vacuum system, grants the glass to be perfectly hold by its lower surface only, allowing operations on any kind of LOW-E glass. This system also reduces the normal production cycle time of 50%!

The machine is equipped with 32 tools installed on 4 heads that operate simultaneously, independently or in conjunction with each other.

Francesca FC 32M 3200, is the only equipment that allows the insertion of the drilling and milling processes in automatic lines of production, since it is equipped with load - positioning - and unloading, completely automatic. Besides, thanks to its extreme speed and possibility to contemporarily work two glasses, it eliminates the classical obligatory deceleration to the grinding line of all the traditional machines.
