Operations of pick-up, movement and release are fast and safe. With very little effort, a single operator can load and unload glass from pantographs, drills, work centres, work tables, etc, removing them with a system of suction cups that can be positioned horizontally or vertically, using pneumatic levers with 90°-180° inclination and 90°-180°-270° rotation.
The pick-up system, made up of a frame with suction cups that can be repositioned both vertically and horizontally, is an integral part and communicates with the raising arm and balancer, so that the moving and releasing operations of the glass sheets are controlled by the entire machine, and made possible only when the safety conditions for the operator and the product to be moved have been met. FAMATEC handlers are CE marked, and are completely conform with the EU directives that regulate the safety of machinery (DPR 459/96 c 1-4 all I NE 392/89).
FAMATEC handlers function exclusively with compressed air, there are no electrical circuits or electrical cards on board the machine, they need very little maintenance, and the components that make up the pneumatic plant, other than being extremely reliable, are easily found in any country. They can be applied on a column fixed to the floor, and can take up floor space as per the machine size, they can be installed on a stable base with adjustable feet, moved to different work islands by means of a fork lift truck or transpallet, or they can be hung from the ceiling and moved via aerial routes to cover large work areas.
