The main feature will be our latest IS machine program which includes the Servo Electric Invert, Servo Electric Takeout, and the new generation of process controls (T-6000 Forming Control System). The program offers high tonnage glass conditioning, gob feeding and high-speed ware handling capabilities.
In addition, Emhart Glass will be featuring the new 240 Forehearth specifically designed to radically improve the performance of low tonnage, 16-inch wide forehearths. By adapting the proven 540 forehearth superstructure cooling system, the Emhart Glass 240 provides fully automatic longitudinal muffle cooling control. This, in combination with automatic combustion control, provides a powerful thermal conditioning system.
A new series of inspection machines, entitled Veritas, will also be presented. The Emhart Glass Veritas concept offers inspection tools for glass, cans, ends, caps, closures, and jars, and uses sophisticated technology and innovative thinking to keep things simple. Using advanced optics, sensors, servomotors, and flexible networking solutions, Emhart Glass has created inspection solutions that continually establish new performance benchmarks.
