EME and Shanghai Precision receive an order from IVN/Verallia in Brazil

EME Maschinenfabrik Clasen GmbH and its sister company Shanghai Precision Dosing & Weighing System Co.

Ltd. will realize jointly a turnkey batch plant and cullet return system for IVN in the city of Estancia in the state of Sergipe, Brazil.  Industria Vidreira do Nordeste (IVN) is a joint venture of local investors (Grupo Ipiaram) and the container glass branch of the global player Saint-Gobain.The supply of the line is a milestone for EME and Shanghai Precision in the South American market.



The batch plant is designed for two melting furnaces with a combined melting capacity of 740 t/d in the final stage. In the first phase only one tank will be realized and at a later stage the line may be easiliy upgraded to the full performance. In the scope of supplies is the basic engineering for the complete line as well as the supply of all technological equipment and the control system. The installation and commissioning is solely performed by EME and Shanghai Precision.
