The DuPont Business Conduct Guide now is available online at DuPont.com. The booklet can be found by going web page or by clicking on the tab marked "Social Commitment" and then going to "Business Conduct Guide." First published in 1989, the DuPont Business Conduct Guide provides information to guide employees so that their business conduct is consistent with the company's ethical standards; as well as information to improve the understanding of those standards among DuPont customers, suppliers and others.

In a message to employees included in the booklet, DuPont Chairman and CEO Chad Holliday says it is important that the company maintain and enhance the excellent reputation it has built throughout the last 200 years. He writes: "We currently operate diverse businesses around the globe under a wide range of competitive situations and subject to a variety of local laws, regulations and cultures. The future holds the promise of even greater complexity and diversity. In this type of global environment, the foundation of our long-term success will be business excellence consistent with the highest ethical standards and compliance with the law."
